Do you guys fink there is a friendship zone?? It has happened with me in the past, if I don't get physical with a girl in the first 3-4 dates, then we end up becoming frens n nuthin eva happens!! I mean, u need to at least kiss the girl on the lips in that timeframe to avoid becomin jus frens.... if u don't, then there is no going back....

My experience has been that this "lets be frens first n see what happens" story is rubbish... if you start as frens, you end up as frens... there has to be a physical element in the initial dates for the relationship to become anything else... even verbl flirting doesn't help...

what have yr experiences been??

Friends stay friends & sometimes I value their friendship so I dnt want to even ruin it by going out but the thought of going does cross my mind with this particular women...but then agian do not want to lose a friend..Good friends are for life.

six- are you sure that telling a girl that you are intrested in a RELATIONSHIP is the best way to start out? ;)

either that or through verbal/body language; teasing etc.......she will get the hint.........

I do verbal flirting with every girl, e1 friends... that doesn't help...

I fink unless u kiss a gurl in the first few dates, u r in great danger of falling into the friend ship thingy... the more u delay the 1st kiss, the tougher it gets.... its kinda ironic, since most gurls wanna get 2 no u better b4 gettin physical....

this is not the tradional times anymore.....women are slu&&ty and in this fact pace society.....u really to get down to business early in the datin scene.....

be phsyical first and then get to know them..try it.

there're two types of friend zones. one where you're barely considered/over-considered except not as dating/relationship material. and the other is when they fail to recognize that you do in fact have a penis. the latter form is moreso a high school/early college sort of thing when a guy is too nice/friendly.
the former seems to be something that happens when they're really looking for a friend in you in particular (b/c your intentions on being more than that failed completely). if you actually get a "let's be friends first" it mostly means the girl isn't interested in you (or interested enough to be in a relationship) and the fact that she says friends instead of dating probably means neither of you are old enough to get your intentions straight in the first place. so. just drop it.

you're being too gentleman-ish. on dates subtly make physical advances. dont go try to eat her face, but put ur arm around her, touch her hands, put a hand on her knee, u know all that good shit.

i believe a woman can be a man's friend. i don't believe it can be a 100 percent pure platonic friendship though, as a straight male will be naturally sexually attracted toward a woman for the most part. i have a few close female friends, but it takes time to develop that trust.

all im going to say watch hitch for dating tips and watch just friends, so u dont make the mistake of being in the friends zone. friends zone isnt worth the cocktease that go alone with it, u wanna bone her but u cant cause ur "friends"
