I m a mona at the moment but as i have started regrowing my hair i will start tying a pag in a few days but as i m south african i am interested to tie a Kenyan style African pag.

I have been tying the 6 larh indian pag to go to the gurudwara
but for everyday i am thinking african pag .....

I know it isnt the desired result you want, and I am no expert but I'll let you know the rough outline of how mine is tied.

Firstly get the pagh material and startch it up fairly well. After it has dried you need to fold it as you would with any other pagh. I think the startching is the most important because it gives it the shape and hold. You then tie it pretty normally, and looks for it to go about 5-6 times around your head.

After you have done that you could just leave it at that, but I normally put pins in to hold it together and apply starch on top so the pagh lasts longer. After it dries you can take it off and put it back on for a lil while before you have to redo it...
