I've lost my phone, however not the one that was insured so that was in Pakistan, and not been used for 5 months. So am thinking I've I make a claim this will come up on there system.

Whats the best way to get around this?


And from an Islamic point of view would this be haram? claiming it, you must take into consideration I do pay ma insurance and I've genuinely lost my phone. Islamically would this claim be acceptable?

i dont think itd be haram claiming it, you do pay for insurance...and even if its the other phone youve lost you just want to get your phone back, not claiming in order to send mobiles back to pakistan and selling.
