Anyone that knows Atlanta to any extent. I need dating spots in Atlanta, for a FIRST date. So nothing heavy like dinner, or ice skating, etc. Remember- Informal, and Casual.
I'm thinking:
1) Casual picnic, bring frisbee along or something
2) Cafe Intermezzo, chill and have some desserts etc.
I'm having trouble with this, as I don't know Atlanta at all, and don't have a car here. Let me know what you think. If you don't know a place in Atlanta, say something general, and I'll look into it.

isnt cafe intermezzo a lil formal? even if it is i think thas the best place to go for a first date. its a nice place feels intimatishy. cheesecake factory is pretty cool too. or u could hang out downtown, underground? orrrrr u could go to cafe istanbul?

Thanks :D. I was also thinking Intermezzo might be a bit too formal- but it I thought it could work out well, good to see you think so too. I've never actually been there though, so thanks for the word. I think the Cheesecake Factory is definitely on the formal side- not something I want to push on the first date, not trying to weird anyone out here . I've personally never been to Underground- but I'll ask around and see if that's a good spot. I'll also check out Cafe Instanbul, thank you.

Well, definitely not going for a movie, that just sucks. And yeah, Atlanta really does suck- except for the weather. I'm thinking Intermezzo, and then walk around somewhere- any ideas? is piedmont park closeby? I still have to look at a map.
