Hey,
You guys oughta do with this site what you did with RateHispanic.com; in other words, you should remove the "next" option on the picture voting so it actually forces some people think about a rating instead of just clicking "1" and moving on. I know you already implemented an algorithm in your calculations, but this would be an additional booster.
