Basically woman have it easier. I mean nowadays girls tend to ask guys out too and such... but like usually its the guy who has to build up the guts to ask a girl out, she simply needs to say yes or no. So basically its in her hands right? so if she says yes, great for the guy, no then he was rejected which can be even harder to deal with than having to ask her out.
